As a result, we quickly become overworked and our brains are constantly working.

Give yourself a break each day to let go of your thoughts and reconnect with your inner self. To help you achieve harmony between your body and mind, here are a few simple tips to practice daily, as often as you like (or rather, as often as you can).

Practice meditation daily. In bed, upon waking or before going to sleep, or even on your commute to work, focus on your breathing and forget everything around you. Reconnect with your inner self. Start with three minutes each day (consistency is key) and gradually increase the time to 20 minutes.

- Try journaling. Keeping a personal journal will allow you to record your emotions, your thoughts, what makes you feel good or, conversely, what affects you. This practice will be of great help in improving your mental, physical, and relational well-being.

- Are you more of a sporty type? Why not keep a small progress journal that will motivate you and help you achieve your goals.


The benefits of yoga are well-established: mental balance, muscle tone, flexibility, and a strengthened immune system. Practicing several yoga sessions per week contributes to overall well-being and should be incorporated into your wellness routine.
