You can return all our products purchased on ateliernubio.fr, provided that they are unopened and unused.

You have fourteen days from the date of delivery of the product(s) ordered online to return a product to us. The product must be in perfect condition and unopened.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. To initiate a return, please email contact@ateliernubio.fr so we can provide you with the latest return information.

You can find your order details in your customer account. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking email in your inbox. We encourage you to check your spam and junk mail folders, or contact us at contact@ateliernubio.fr if you have any questions.

Our team is doing everything possible to prepare your package as quickly as possible. Therefore, it is not possible to modify your order once it has been confirmed (delivery address or adding and removing products) as it is sent to our logistics center for preparation.
