A few words about you
I am a yoga teacher and hypno-practitioner in Paris. After starting my career in the IT world, I embarked on a long journey of reconnection to self and a return to harmony. I resumed yoga practice, which I had discovered in my childhood. I traveled the world in search of authentic training and experiences, starting with a first Hatha yoga training in India, then Ashtanga yoga in Thailand. I then had the immense opportunity to spend 3 months in Hawaii with Norman Allen, one of the greatest Ashtanga masters still active. Throughout my journey, I also trained in hypnosis, Thai massage, energy healing, etc. Today, I continue my exploration of alternative medicine. Currently, I teach yoga in Paris in group classes and organize retreats abroad, as the conditions there are ideal for personal development. The exchange is more intense, and I can offer a global vision of yoga and the lifestyle that accompanies it.
How does yoga punctuate your daily life?
For me, yoga is a lifestyle that allows me to be healthy, in harmony with myself, to feel physically and mentally strong, serene, enthusiastic, confident, and motivated... Yoga simply allows me to be happy. I first integrated the physical practice (asanas) into my daily life. From there, my diet gradually evolved towards a vegetarian diet: fewer processed products, more fresh vegetables, fruits, nuts, superfoods, cereals... all organic, of course. Meditation then naturally integrated into my daily practice.
What Ayurvedic principles have you adopted?
Ayurveda is a fascinating science. It notably describes the three doshas or constitutions: Vata, Pitta, Kapha. When it comes to nutrition, it’s easy to get lost among the different, sometimes opposing, trends: high-protein, gluten-free, 100% raw, vegan diets, etc. For me, there is no universal diet because we all have different needs depending on our constitution, our activity, and the periods of life we are going through. This is exactly what Ayurveda confirmed. This discovery allowed me to better understand how my body works and what my needs are. It also allowed me to trust my intuitive choices again, which actually corresponded to the balance of my Pitta constitution.

I think I need to create my own brand to answer that question!
Of course, I recommend the Yoga de Paris store, YogaConcept, where you can find many American brands of yoga clothing.
